Association Boujad

The Moroccan organisation Association Boujad provides education to children who are outside the regular school system. Many children under 12 in Morocco are set to work or are in danger of being used as child workers.

For these children, informal education may prove a step towards re-entering the regular school system later. Thanks to support from Return to Sender, the Association Boujad managed to select teachers and purchase equipment. Seventy-five children from the city of Boujad and twenty-five from the Kalaa des Seranghna province have already been registered for the education on offer.
