In January 2010 I discovered a lump in my breast, and by the end of February it turned out to be breast cancer. My breast was removed mid-April, and I was declared 'clear'. Just to make sure, I will start chemotherapy in early May. It will make me lose my hair.

I'm working on making nice caps, and I noticed this lovely shawl. I'll be wearing it around my bald head!

So lovely and vibrant – I already wear it around my neck, it feels really good and safe... thank you so much! :-)
